Good morning!  I am pleased to share details of our media release that was distributed earlier today. MVMD is at an exciting milestone as we transition from an R&D-focused biotech start-up business into a commercially focused biotech entity.

As many of you know, MVMD is an early-stage biotech business that has focused its resources on investing in multiple research and development initiatives.  I am very proud of the team members and partners who worked tirelessly to advance our research and validate what is possible to impact both human and husbandry animal health.

MVMD has reached a viable point in our development timeline that enables us to shift our focus towards the commercialization of key projects and technologies that we believe will best provide revenue streams for long-term company health and shareholder value.

There are three primary lines of business MVMD is focusing on to advance commercially:
(1) novel innovations that improve the administration and efficacy of nutraceutical health and wellness products;
(2) agricultural plant signaling technology that organically drives increases in crop yields and supports the reduction of fertilizer usage; and
(3) the application of solubilized drugs to positively impact husbandry animal health.

Of course, we will continue to assess the ability, viability, and desire to continue to develop other projects and pre-clinical R&D, however we are at an important time where our company needs to focus its efforts. This is critical to my personal commitment to generate positive cashflow in 2023 and a fundamental discipline for successful start-up businesses.
